My beloved Dad, aka Grandpa Bob, passed away this morning in his sleep. I am at a loss for words.
He has now joined my Mom in Heaven and I pray they are together and resting comfortably with the Angels.
To the greatest man I know, my hero, my Dad, I will love you always!

Kim, please accept my condolences on the loss of your Dad. I checked in to see if there was any news on Lily Belle and found this sad news instead. I am glad he had you to watch over him so carefully after your mother died. I know you were his angel. I understand how you feel about your Dad being a hero and the greatest man you knew because that is exactly the way I felt about my Dad and he has been gone for seven years. Last night I had a dream about him. When this happens I like to think I am being checked on by him. I know many prayers will be with you and your family.

I just wasn't expecting this when I logged in to check on Lily. Kim, there just aren't the right words to say how sorry I am. I know he was smiling that wonderful smile as he passed through Heaven's gates. It's a smile I will never forget. I'm just sorry we never had a chance to get together when you were in Florida so I could have met that "one in a million" man. Sending all our love and lots of hugs during this time of sadness.
