After School Delight

OK Puddles D. Rainwater and Miss Nola, I admit, I admit, I admit it!

 

I have a school girl crush on Newby! You know, Newby from Simpatico. I've been smitten with him since June.

 

Can the both of ya now stop singing Newby and Lily sitting in a tree.... and NO, Miss Shelle will NOT be getting a pile of puppies outta this "blogmance.'

 

I just swoon when I look at his muzzle. Isn't Newby just over the top!!

 

 

The most handsome Newby decorated his backpack for school this year with MY name on it and I thought that was very sweet of him.

 

 

 

Then he was saving a seat for me in class next to him. Hey, I think he may like me quite a bit too! But unfortunately, Muffin and I were stuck in the Principals Office most of the day during the Back to School Bash so I didn't get to sit with him. And NO, I will NOT tell you why we were in there. Let's just say there was a problem with our registration paperwork and call it a day...

 

So........ I had a furend of a furend of a furend, slip Newby a note to meet me after school. I hope he got it.

 

 

Here I am sitting patiently awaiting my sweet Newby

What was that? Did I hear him coming?

Newby, is that you?

 

Oh, I hope he doesn't stand me up!

I brought my bestest doggie couch just so we could be comfortable while we sit and bark together.

See the smile on my face? Guess whose finally strutting over.....

 

I was so excited I could hardly stand it. Or maybe it was the nerves, butt I was giggling with delight when I saw him running over to me.

 

We barked up a storm together and it was wonderful.

 

Absolutely wonderful until this....

 



 

 

He fell asleep! Such a typical guy. And to top it all off, he brought his wubbie with him!

 

All I can say is you gotta love a guy with a sensitive side!
