New York Happenings

Happy 4th of July furends! We hope that you all have fun with family and friends.

Last week, Uncle Bobby arrived in Florida and this was our view at the airport while waiting for him.

Mommy said it was very appropriate weather for the arrival of Stinky Fish!

They all went out for dinner since our fridge was empty.

"Oh yeah, I'm a Stinky Fish......."

The following day, Uncle Bobby flew on the big bird with Grandpa Bob. The flight went well for them both.

We started our drive 2 days later.

We arrived in NY on Friday. We hit a lot of traffic along the way.

And lot's fog. Thank goodness tho, it was an uneventful ride.

Muffin and I were very good in the hotel.

Mommy and Daddy lived on a lot of coffee.

I was VERY happy to be released from jail when we got home.

Our furry furends were waiting for us in the back yard.

We have 2 babies living out back in our weeds but Mommy hasn't gotten a picture of them yet.

We have some pretty flowers already in bloom.

While Uncle Bobby was in charge of Grandpa Bob for a few days, they went to a gun range to shoot guns.

Definitely NOT the smartest thing to be doing with Grandpa Bob. Now he think's it is OK to have a gun in the house!!

Stinky Fish can sure be stupid.

Mommy hasn't even unpacked all our suitcases yet. She's been too busy pulling weeds and taking Grandpa Bob to his Doctor appointments. We'll save all that medical news for another day.

There is much to be done here since we've been gone for 7 months. In the past 7 days, we've already planted our planters, picked up our tomato plants from the greenhouse (they start them for us every year), power washed the deck, pulled 87 billion weeds and today we're going to start painting the deck. We also had to install an alarm on Grandpa Bob's door because he's been sneaking out of the house and that's a No-No!

Mommy and Daddy actually went out on a date last night for their 21st Anniversary. It's the first time in over 7 months that they got to go out alone and have some fun. Mommy said it was a slice of Heaven.

That's about it for now furends. Please stay safe and healthy this holiday weekend.

Hugs,
Lily Belle & Muffin

  5. So glad you're back in NY, all safe and sound. Butt we sure do miss you in Florida and look forward to your return. Our Michigan family is here so Mommy can't get to her puter but wanted to let everyone know that Officer Chase hasn't eaten me yet! He might eat Pepper though if she doesn't quit pulling his tail and barking at him.

Wish your Mom and Dad a very Hap-Pee Anniversary from all of us.

    :)
