On behalf of the Couch Potato Peeling Event Committee, we want to welcome all of our athlete's to the 2012 Blogville Olympics Couch Potato Peeling Event.
Mayor Frankie, the athlete's have been screen for bugs and I'm happy to report that all have been cleared to compete.
From the prestigeous Accounting firm of LB & M, we have an official total of 116 Athlete's from across the world pawticipating today.
Before the Event begins, let us remember our beloved furends at the

A special message from your Couch Potato Peeling Committee: Because we received so many entries to our Event where some of you were not technically "Peeling", just being a Potato in your favorite spot, we threw our paws in and took a vote and unamiously agreed to let you into the Event. Some of you may be asking why????? Bcuz we love you all! That's our story and we're sticking with it! Remember our personal motto "we don't hate & we don't discriminate!"

Grandpa had a great time helping us out! Tho, when we showed him our post today he totally doesn't remember posing for that picture. Hey, he's almost 88 and we're lucky he still remembers his name! Tho, tomorrow that may change :)

Whewwww. The first heat in couch peeling is over. There was some stiff competition, no doubt about that. Glad we get a break to re-hydrate. You know I will be back for part two. So exciting.

And I was thrilled to see my friends Benny & Lily (who knew that Benny looked so handsome in orange and who knew that Lily could strike such a pose on her belly) and Goose (so creative and such a character).

Grandpa absolutely takes his doodies seriously. Oh sorry, I meant to say duties. He did a good job and even shared one of our bones with him when he was done posing.
