That's right.... Today, I your Lovable Lily, am 8 years old! And it has been a fantastic 8 years surrounded by the hooman's & d-o-g-g-i-e-s that love me so much.

Yes, you are right ~ I still do cry (many times in fact) because we love you so very much. You are such a special little girl who came into our lives at just the right time. You have given us years of love, we've shed some tears, you keep us grounded and have taught us all about unconditional love. The list could go on and on and on.
We love you Lily and are so happy that you are a part of our family! We wish for you many happy and healthy years ahead.

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Lily Belle!! You look so pretty at eight years old! You look so much like my Oscar who was six in September, but he has a bit of gray. He had to have back surgery in October 2010 so I thought that is what made the gray hairs appear. He is doing so very good now though. Tell Mom I understand about the tears. Puppy pictures can always bring tears because of the precious memories. Oscar was my very first dachshund and I had to learn many things about then. I have been enjoying reading about your adventures in Florida. I hope you enjoy your ice cream tonight and enjoy your birthday to the fullest!!
